Elisabeth Pratscher - Soprano singer
The Austrian soprano singer received her training with Julia Bauer-Huppmann at the University of Music & Performing Arts Vienna, which she complemented with master classes given by Kurt Widmer, Edith Lienbacher, Paul Hamburger, Gerd Uecker and David Lutz. Her first stage performances came as part of a classical dance training cycle.
The young singer has garnered a long series of awards, winning first prize in the renowned Emmerich-Smola 2015 competition of German TV station SWR, the Mozart award of the Accademia Belcanto (members of the jury: Giacomo Aragall, Ildiko Raimondi and Christa Ludwig) as well as awards at the "Competizione dell´ Opera" (Linz), at the Dostal operetta competition and at the Oscar Strauss competition. Furthermore she is scholar of the "Concorso lirico Martinelli and/or-Pertile" (Italy), holder of the "Musical Talents Stipend of Burgenland" and winner of the "Hajek-Boss-Wagner culture award" (Haydn Festival of Eisenstadt).
Her frequent concert performances took the singer to Germany, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, China und Kenya. She gave concerts with renowned orchestras such as the Deutsche Radiophilharmonie (SWR), Linz Bruckner Orchestra, Orchestra Corso Vienna, Czech National Symphony Orchestra, Musica Sacra Lockenhaus, Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra and the Janoska Ensemble, for instance in the Golden Hall of Vienna´s Musikverein, in the Liszt Centre of Raiding, in Die Alte Oper in Frankfurt and in the Grand Theatre Shanghai.
The most important parts of her repertoire are Susanna and Barbarina (Le nozze di Figaro), Gretel (Hansel und Gretel), Gretchen (Der Wildschütz), Rowan (The Little Sweep / B. Britten) Esmeralda (The Bartered Bride), Papagena (The Magic Flute), Marika (Spring Parade / R. Stolz), Galatea (The Beautiful Galatea/ F. v. Suppe) and Mi (The Land of Smiles). In 2016 the soprano singer will perform Mi (The Land of Smiles) in Germany and in Switzerland. In addition she will debut under Adam Fischer with Mahler´s Symphony No. 4 at the Haydn Festival of Eisenstadt.
Con Moto - String Quartet
The four young musicians of the Con Moto String Quartet met six years ago in Hanna Widl´s chamber music class at the Beethoven Music School of Mödling.
Both as soloists and as a quartet they had won first prize in the nationwide "Prima la musica" competition several times. In 2009 they were invited to the Charles Hennen Concours in Heerlen in the Netherlands.
In 2012 and 2013, they received a grant from the ISA – International Summer Academy Prague-Vienna-Budapest of the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, where they were taught by Hatto Beyerle (Alban Berg Quartet), Johannes Meissl (Artis Quartet), Evgenia Epstein (Aviv Quartet), Petr Prause (Talich Quartet) and Miguel da Silva (Quatuor Ysaye), among others.
In 2012, Con Moto accepted an invitation to perform Edward Elgar´s "Introduction and Allegro" for solo quartet and orchestra with the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Lower Austria under Ernst Kovacic at four concerts. In November 2013, they gave a concert as part of the Musica Juventutis series in the Vienna Konzerthaus. The young quartet performs regularly at concerts in Austria. To date, it has already played concerts in Malta, South Tyrol, Germany and the Netherlands.
In 2015 the quartet won the HBW culture prize and was rewarded with a performance as part of the International Haydn Festival in Eisenstadt. At present the quartet is cooperating closely with Prof. Hatto Beyerle. As a youth quartet, it was accepted in Prof. Johannes Meissl´s chamber music class at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.
Elisabeth Waglechner - Piano
Elisabeth Waglechner was born in 1997 and lives in Pitten in Lower Austria. At the age of five she started music lessons at the Franz Schubert Music School and at the age of seven years received her first piano lessons. From 2009 onwards she received tuition from Alma Sauer in the course for highly gifted young persons at the University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.
In 2013 she switched to the preparatory course in the class of Christopher Hinterhuber. From 2010 until 2013 she also attended the University's course for highly gifted young persons for the recorder. She has been awarded first prize a total of 16 times at the regional and federal "prima la musica" competitions, both as a soloist and in ensemble. In 2012 she won the special prize from Raiffeisen-Werbung in the piano solo category. In 2012 she received 2nd prize at the 2nd international Takacs competition in Oberschützen. Apart from this she achieved a 1st prize with the piano duo "Wanglechner" at the IÖK competition for new music in 2010.
In January 2013 she won the "Musica Juventutis" audition which entitled her to perform in the Vienna Konzerthaus. Participation in a variety of projects made concerts abroad possible, amongst others in Bratislava in the Primatial Palace. She regularly attends a range of master classes and workshops, amongst others with Andrzej Jasinski, Ya-Fei Chuang and Barbara Moser.
Martin Dajka - Trumpet
Date of birth 25.04.1996 in Debrecen (Hungary).
From 2006 at the Tizafüred Music School and subsequently at the Leó Weiner Music college in Budapest.

Paul Kropfitsch, - Violin
Date of birth: 24 August 2000 in Vienna.
At age 4, violin classes with famous violin educationalist Prof. Marina Sorokova.
From 2006, enrolled in Prof. Marina Sorokova's class for exceptional talents at the University of Music in Vienna.
Concert performances in the Mozarteum in Salzburg, in the Teatro la Fenice in Venice, in the Mozart Hall of the Concert Hall in Vienna, in the Angelika Kauffmann Hall in Schwarzenberg, etc.
He plays on a small 3/4 master violin from the famous violin maker family Amati Cremona 1669.
HAJEK | BOSS | WAGNER CULTURE AWARD
Each year, our firm presents the Hajek & Boss & Wagner Cultural Award for young and innovative musicians in cooperation with the Haydn Festival Eisenstadt. The award carries a prize of € 5,000. In addition, the award winners are given the opportunity to perform during the Haydn Days of the respective year, and receive free legal advice by our firm in connection with their artistic activities for one year.
The award will be presented for the first time in 2012. The winners will be selected by an independent and renowned jury presided by the Director of the Haydn Festival Eisenstadt Dr. Walter Reicher. With this award, our company hopes to help young musicians in launching a successful career.
